| Bishop’s Beach |
| Located off Main Street in the old original town site of Homer, this beach provides great beach combing and bird watching. The beach is over 5 miles long and relatively unpopulated. At low tide, numerous tide pools become exposed west of the parking lot. Watch the tide as it can completely cover the beach at high tide.

| Harbor Stroll |
| A simple walk along the harbor floats can be relaxing, interesting and educational. Many commercial fishing boats are bringing in the days catch, or fitting their boats for an upcoming “opening”. While you are in the area, check out the “Salty Dawg Saloon”, the oldest building in Homer as well as one of the most popular “watering holes.” |
